Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. For other international orders, please contact us. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Transit times vary by item and destination. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary for made to order or pre order items.

Shipping Fees
  • Free Economy shipping for orders $100 USD / CAD and over.
  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $9.95 USD / CAD (orders under $100).
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.95 USD / CAD
Customs & Duties

For domestic orders, customs and duties are not applicable. For Canadian orders, there might be subject to import duties or taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Maiden Goods is not able to estimate or reimburse customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Materials

We prioritize minimal, recyclable, and reusable packaging whenever possible, without compromising the protection of the object.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately for assistance. Maiden Goods is not responsible for delays due to customs or courier issues once in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. There is a $7.95 USD / CAD return shipping fee.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions or would like additional photos of a specific item, please contact us prior to placing your order.

What can not be returned?

  • The Archive items
  • Due to their nature, the following items are final sale: food, cosmetics, soaps, and other perishable or personal-use items.
Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, submit a return request using the following instructions.

To request an exchange:

  • Sign in to your account or enter your email to access your order.
  • Select "Request return," choose the item you would like to exchange, and let us know in the notes what you would prefer. We will review your request and send return shipping instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your exchange. A $7.95 USD / CAD return shipping fee applies per return request. For any issues please contact us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. It might take 5 - 10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopmaidengoods.com with your order number and photos. We will review the situation and assist where we can.

How We Work

Where do you source your products?

We source our items through our on research, wholesale marketplaces, and other ways.

Why we do not offer “Buy Now, Pay Later”

We believe in thoughtful consumption — buying what you truly love, not just what is available. That is why we have chosen not to offer “Buy Now, Pay Later” or installment payment options. We are continuously exploring ways to make our products accessible and fair without compromising our principles. You will always find transparent pricing and flexible ways to discover our collections at your own pace.

Why we do not offer sales

We do not offer any form of sales because we believe items loose their value as we like to treat many items including textile items as heirloom pieces. Items that tend to naturally be bought in larger quantities such as foods tend to have more sales due to the purpose of them being enjoyed and consumed. Cosmetics and items such as incense are another group where we allow sales since they tend to be bought many times in excess because it is a necessity. However textiles and many ceramic items do not pertain to sales. Another thing is we respect the brands and makers we work with and also ask their permission.

Availability & Requests

Why are some items limited or sold out?

Many goods are produced in small quantities or sourced in limited runs. Once sold out, items may not return. If there is a product you truly want, please contact us and we will see what can be done.

I am looking for something specific — can I request it?

Yes. Visitors are welcome to leave requests, ideas, or places they hope to see represented in The Guest Book. We read every entry.
